Adelia T. Schiffman

After graduating from St Mary’s School in Raleigh, Adelia attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she received a degree in Communications. Upon graduation, she entered Wake Forest University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate.

After law school, she moved to Greensboro to begin her legal career and to make Greensboro her new home. Within two years, she settled into the practice of real estate law and real estate law has been her primary focus ever since.

She is the proud mother of two adult children, Rives Schiffman Watkins, and Allen Taylor Schiffman. The children are known by clients, realtors, and lenders having spent much time in the office as children. Adelia had an addition to her family in 2020 who also has an office presence, Lily Schiffman a miniature long hair dapple dachshund whom she adores. In addition to her love for Lily, her family, and friends she enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, yoga, and the gym.
